I receive a confirmation phone call from the hotel staff three hours after I made my booking online. I made several inquiries via email before arrival and the reply email always came back within three hours. During my stay, the staff at the room service were really well trained, attentive and friendly.
The Premier View Room was well equipped with a small walk-in closet,working desk and the double sink bathroom was spacious.You can get a great view of the bay and Macau Tower from the room and also the bathroom.(the hotel has a detail layout of different room types on the website)
A wide range of food choices include Portuguese and Chinese resturants are in walking distance and Macau Fisherman's Wharf is also 20 minutes walk away. Macau Tower is also close by. There is a bus stop right beside MGM Macau which is 5 minutes walk away from Mandarin Oriental, and from there, you can find buses to nearly any parts of Macau.
